New Fence

Jeffrey and I have been working on putting a fence around what we call the Coast Electric field for a while now.  All the wood posts are in, driven by the tractor mounted post driver.  All the metal T-posts are in, driven by Jeffrey.

We recently completed construction of the end brace assemblies with the help of the trailer lift Jeffrey built to carry the spool of high tensile wire.

Today we strung out the net fence wire on the east side of the Coast Electric field using an unroller mounted on the forklift behind the gator.

Next steps were to tension the wire.

The tensioned wire ends were wrapped around the end post.
All that remains to do is to attach clips at each of the T-posts.
This is a picture looking from the other end of the fence.  Overall length is just under 660 feet.
